Thank you for your interest in Burke Steel Buildings. We understand that coming up with a realistic construction cost for your new building is step #1 in your planning process which is the reason why we developed the following Application for calculating the cost of a metal building project.

The prices used in this program are optimized for simple buildings that range from 5,000 sf to 8,000 sf. For smaller buildings you should add approximately 5% to the estimate for each 1,000 sf less than 5,000 sf.

BY USING THIS APPLICATION YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE CONSTRUCTION COSTS PRODUCED BY THIS APPLICATION HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED TO REPRESENT THE AVERAGE, GENERIC, HISTORICAL COSTS OF SIMILAR METAL BUILDING PROJECTS CONSTRUCTED BY BURKE STEEL BUILDINGS AND THAT YOUR PROJECT COSTS WILL BE DIFFERENT DUE TO ; 1)THE LOCATION OF YOUR PROJECT; 2)BUILDING CODES; 3) ZONING CODES; 4) SOIL AND SEISMIC FACTORS; 5) MATERIAL PRICE INCREASES; 6) BUILDING CONFIGURATION AND/OR PRODUCT SELECTIONS OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION.
